Menus are planned to match the cuisine to the event, to each other, and to your tastes. We will consider ethnic and dietary needs, the requirements imposed by the location (is there an oven?), and personal desires (favorites, vegetarian, heart healthy). We can style the cuisine and presentation to set the mood and fit a theme, to explore the latest trends or work with your traditions.
During our meetings we will discuss all aspects of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. We are also always happy to share our experiences from the hundreds of weddings and parties we have catered and planned. We love to brainstorm new ideas to make a party pop!
Our service staff can provide site set up & clean up as well as guest service. If needed, we can also provide on-site catering chef or other culinary staff and a catering captain to coordinate their activities. We do not outsource our service; these are people we know and trust as many of them have been with us for many years.
